Information you share
When you request a demo, we collect your email address, name, phone number and country dialling code, company website, marketing goals, preferred channels, approximate advertising budget, and any challenges you choose to describe. We save your answers so you can return to your brief and so our team can prepare for your conversation. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive information in your answers.
If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, we receive identity information, such as your name and email address, needed to sign you in. This sign-in does not request access to your inbox. Email-code verification uses a temporary code sent to your email address.
Website activity and saved progress
Our servers process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. We use a session cookie to maintain your demo sign-in and verification state. The sign-in session has a rolling one-day lifetime; verification codes expire after 10 minutes.
Your browser’s local storage remembers an entered email, unfinished answers and the current form step. These drafts can remain on that browser until removed or overwritten. Submitted answers are stored on our server and can be restored after you verify the same email again. You can remove browser drafts by clearing this website’s stored data; this does not delete information already submitted to us.
How we use information
We use information to verify your identity, save and restore your brief, arrange a demo, respond to enquiries, follow up on your business needs, maintain security and improve the experience. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular use, we will obtain it. You can ask us to stop promotional follow-up by contacting us.
Who receives information
Our team receives your demo brief. Verification and demo-summary emails sent through Brevo are copied to hello@dedesk.ai. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the website.
When you open the scheduling step, Calendly receives your name, email and demo-brief details to prefill the booking, along with technical information needed to display its calendar. Google and Microsoft process sign-in information when you choose their respective options. These providers also have their own privacy policies. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
Retention and security
We retain submitted enquiries and related records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain our business relationship, meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Browser drafts and server records have separate lifetimes. You may request deletion using the contact address below.
We use safeguards including HTTPS, restricted access, session controls and limits on verification attempts. Verification codes are stored as keyed hashes rather than readable codes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority. Email hello@dedesk.ai to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Scope and updates
This policy covers the website and demo interactions described above. Additional service-specific terms or notices may apply when you connect advertising accounts or purchase services. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required.
